Open day

If you are considering continuing your academic training, you feel motivated by research, or you want to find out about the opportunities you have once you finish your master's degree, we invite you to attend the open day organised by the Doctoral School of the UPC.

This event will also include the award ceremony of the institutional final of the 6th edition of the contest “Present your thesis in 4 minutes”, where you will learn about specific examples of doctoral theses that are being developed at the UPC.

From 11:55 to 12:20 – Presentation of Doctoral studies

• The value of research, innovation, and talent.
• How to search for information to access a doctoral program.

From 12:20 to 12.35 – The Doctoral Student Council

• The organisation and functions of the Doctoral Student Council of the UPC.

From 12:35 to 12:55 h – Announcement and award ceremony for the institutional stage of the “Presenta la teva tesi en 4 minuts” competition

• Announcement of the awardees of the “Presenta la teva tesi en 4 minuts” competition.

From 12:55 to 13:00  – Closing of the act
