Once the 10 working days of the deposit have passed with no comments having been made, or any comments made have been resolved, the Standing Committee of the Doctoral School authorises the thesis defence, informs the interested parties and advertises this fact on its website.

Once the thesis defence has been authorised, it must take place within a maximum of three months; otherwise, the deposit must be applied for again.
