Awards from the Embassy of the Republic of Poland for the best Doctoral Thesis and the best Master's Thesis

The Embassy of the Republic of Poland, with the purpose of stimulating and rewarding academic and research excellence in the field of Humanities and the Arts, Law, Political Sciences, International Relations, Sociology and Economics, announces the Embassy of the Republic Award of Poland in the Kingdom of Spain for the best Doctoral Thesis and the best Master's Thesis presented and defended at Spanish Universities.

The main requirements are:

• Being students who have graduated from Masters and Doctorates in the fields of Humanities and the Arts, Law, Political Sciences, International Relations, Sociology and Economics at Spanish Universities.

• Submitting a Master's Thesis or a Doctoral Thesis:

  • Written in Spanish, original and defended between October 1, 2022 and September 30, 2023.

  • The purpose of which is a monographic study on knowledge of Poland in Spain in the areas provided for in the call.

  • That they have been presented and defended before the corresponding Master's and Doctorate academic tribunals. The theses must be duly identified with the title, author, framework of studies in which it has been defended (name of the master's degree or doctoral program), responsible Department, Faculty and University in which it has been presented, date of defence and qualification obtained.

Awards will have the following endowments:

• For Doctoral Theses, an endowment of €1000 

• For Master's Theses, an endowment of €500 

Theses can be sent to the Polish Embassy until November 15, 2023 through the following email: madryt.amb.sekretariat@msz.gov.pl, by attaching a file in PDF format, the size of which can not exceed 18 MB, or through a WeTransfer link.
