Access and admission

Access and admission to doctoral studies (whether it is the first time or you are resuming previous doctoral studies) is managed through an online app.

   Please enter a valid username and e-mail address.

3. Enter the required information and upload documents

   After entering the information and uploading documents, you must submit your online application for review by the academic committee of the doctoral programme of your choice.

4. Validate and submit your application from the app

5. Check the status of your application 

6. Receive a decision on your application

   You will receive an e-mail informing you of the decision on your application for admission to the doctoral programme. Admission is conditional until the managing unit of the doctoral programme has checked your academic details. With the admission confirmation students from outside the EU can begin the procedure for applying for the visa.
