Becas Santander | Ayuda Económica para Personal Investigador Predoctoral 2025

Banco Santander, through the Santander Scholarships | Financial Aid for Predoctoral Research Staff 2025 programme, offers financial support to promote the training and mobility of predoctoral research staff in training.

1. Number of scholarships and amount of aid

   For the year 2025, 25 grants of €2,000 each are being offered to UPC research staff.

2. Who can apply?

   PhD students enrolled in a UPC doctoral programme at the deadline for submission of applications, who are residents in Spain.

3. Types of aid covered
   • International mobility
   • Attendance at conferences
   • Attendance at training courses or activities
4. Application deadline

   From 2 June to 15 October 2025.

5. How to apply

   It is mandatory to submit a double application to be eligible for the grant, via the Santander Open Academy platform and the UPC electronic headquarters:
