Registration open for the 7th edition of the «From Science to the Market» programme

The Universitat de Barcelona, the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and the Universitat de Girona are launching the seventh edition of the From Science to the Market programme, a training course to promote scientific entrepreneurship.

It is aimed at master’s or doctoral graduates with a distinctive technology or knowledge from any university, eager to leverage their thesis or dissertation and turn it into a company and/or join an entrepreneurial team.

The objective is to provide participants with the necessary tools to add value to their thesis or dissertation and learn how to create a company based on their research.

• Dates: September – December 2025
• Venue: In-person training at the StartUB Lab Satèl·lit

The programme consists of 100 hours of training on knowledge transfer and company creation. In addition, each project will receive between 2 and 10 hours of one-to-one mentoring with industry experts.

Participants will have the opportunity to work alongside expert tutors and successful entrepreneurs in the sector. They will also benefit from the services offered by the universities’ technology transfer units.
