UPC hosts a Unite! training on transparency, gender equality and cultural diversity in research

The Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), in Barcelona, will host a three-day in-person training within the framework of the Unite! Alliance, focused on transparency, gender balance and cultural diversity in research environments.

Guided by the question how can we build research environments that are fair, transparent and inclusive in everyday practice?, this training aims to provide concrete tools to improve how work is carried out and how decisions are made within academic and research teams.

This initiative is aimed at academic and research staff interested in fostering more equitable, open and diverse research environments.
