Doctoral student activity report (DAD)

The doctoral student activity report is created and managed using the PheDra platform.

Commitment agreement between the doctoral student and the thesis supervisor (CDDT)

This commitment agreement establishes the rights and obligations between the doctoral candidate and the thesis supervisor(s) in order to progress in writing the doctoral thesis. All parties must sign this agreement when the academic committee of the doctoral programme appoints the supervisor(s) of the doctoral candidate, with the approval of the director of the Doctoral School.

Doctoral candidates who participate in the Industrial Doctorates Plan must, in addition to the CDDT form, fill in and submit the Appendix II - Consent for the transfer of personal data within the framework of the call for the Industrial Doctorates Plan section.

Commitment agreement between the doctoral student and the external thesis supervisor (CDDT-E)

In the event that a supervisor is external to the UPC, it is necessary to complete this form instead of the CDDT. Unlike the CDDT form, this one has a section for the Standing Committee of the Doctoral School to authorise appointing an external thesis supervisor or co-supervisor.

Doctoral candidates who participate in the Industrial Doctorates Plan must, in addition to the CDDT-CDDTE form, fill in and submit the Appendix II - Consent for the transfer of personal data within the framework of the call for the Industrial Doctorates Plan section.
