Open science and RRI (Open science, Citizen science, Data management, Sustainability, Ethics, Gender dimension in research)

Open and Citizen Science is becoming more and more important. The main objective of the courses in this training line is to promote a broader and interdisciplinary perspective in research, and to allow doctoral students to learn about the concepts of open science and citizen science. Training is also offered on the management of research data and the preparation of the Data Management Plan, as well as the values of ethics, sustainability and the gender dimension in research.

For the organization of these courses, the Doctoral School has the collaboration of UPC professors who are experts in these subjects. The Sustainability Institute, the Libraries Service, the UPC ethics committee and the Innovation and Community Office.
