Universities and companies must reach an agreement to submit a proposal form with the first 4 pages filled in to the Industrial Doctorates Plan e-mail address, doctorats.industrials.recerca@gencat.cat.

Universities and companies can submit new projects, and candidates can apply for participation on those seeking candidates (see projects) all year round.
