Stage 4

Once the 10 working days of deposit have elapsed without any observations being submitted, or once they have been resolved, the Standing Committee of the Doctoral School approves the thesis for the defence process, notifies the interested parties and publishes it.

Once the thesis has been approved for the defence process, the defence must take place within a maximum period of three months; otherwise, the deposit will need to be formalised again.
