Stage 3

Once the thesis is authorised for deposit by the Academic Committee of the Doctoral Programme and the enrolment is completed, the doctoral thesis will be deposited at the Doctoral School for 10 working days. This procedure must be initiated within the maximum duration of the doctoral studies (deposit deadline) indicated on PheDra.

The Doctoral School publicises the thesis deposit on its website, and the academic committee of the programme internally informs the PDI members of the unit(s) promoting the programme.

During this period, accredited doctors may request in writing to the Permanent Commission of the Doctoral School access to the doctoral thesis to review it and submit any observations and comments they consider appropriate regarding the content. Should any observations be made about your thesis, the Doctoral School will inform you in writing, as well as your supervisor and/or tutor (if applicable), and will also request that the academic committee of your programme provide, within 5 working days, its position on whether the process can continue or must be halted (temporarily or permanently).
